It worked great in a pinch, but given the cost and how often you may or may not need something like this, I wonder if it'd be cheaper to buy a program to use rather than to keep this going on a monthly basis. I think it really depends on your individual needs. Though, when I needed something typed and there was no fillable version, this site was a lifesaver!

I love the template feature. Working for multiple physicians practices and several providers, it's so nice to be able change the provider name so easily and even organize my documents into folders that I can access no matter where I am!

It is easy, so relax and just do what you need to do.
I am so very, very pleased with how easy the program is to use. I tried others for this emergency situation and was frustrated out of my mind with the complicated programs. This one is easy, easy and very effective.

I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. The retrieval and storage of my docs (either completed or still being worked on) is so simple now that even I can do it! The work has become easier thanks to pdfFiller. Thank you.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

How do I create a form with a stacked layout?
You create a new form by clicking Form in the Forms group on the Creation tab. You create a new form by clicking Blank Form in the Forms group on the Creation tab, and then dragging a field from the Field List pane to the form.

How can you modify a form in Design view?
To add a single field, double-click it or drag it from the Field List pane to the section on the form where you want it displayed. To add several fields at the same time, hold down CTRL and then click the fields that you want to add. Then, drag the selected fields onto the form.
How do you remove the layout in access?
On the Arrangement tab, in the Table group, click Remove Layout. Right-click one of the selected controls, point to Layout, and then click Remove Layout. Access removes the selected controls from the layout.
