It has been pretty intuitive. Had some issues with a long 70+ page doc at about page 50 it was going blank. Help chat sorted me out telling me how to delete cache which sorted this.

cancelled as a gesture of goodwill I downloaded the software and although it has a lot of good features, I didn't really need it. I thought I had cancelled right then, but I haven't found any more mail from me. Now the annual amount has been debited and I have contacted their support. After I explained that I didn't actually use the software, the subscription contract was subsequently and I was refunded the amount.

An Easier Way to File Taxes on Time Mailing the document and the payment processing works very well. I would like a reminder to upload my extra attachments so that I don't have to try and add them later. I hope to refer to the site later like an archive for the information that I am mailing online.

Well you know we've rolled out some new functionality reply to confirming to reply to cancel if you turn those on yet if they're new no but this sounds awesome what does it do well let me tell you about them and we'll meet our folks at home about them an easy way to get confirmations via text for your appointments increases the likelihood that's people are going to show up and increase in the likelihood that you won't stress out as much that's great yes so I can actually ask people hey are you going to come and they will tell me if they're going to or if they can't make it if they can't make it especially because then that may free up more hours in your day why wait around for appointment that aren't actually going to show up if people can actually reply and say I can't make it via text it's a no-brainer what's it look like well I've got it right here in the telephone you give me that you take that let me see oh okay so in the text message that your customers will typically receive there's an option of course here's your text reminder now it says do you want to reply to confirm or cancel so all I have to do is literally send the number one to confirm or two to cancel and let's see does it send something back to let me know that it received my confirmation there goes for a second I got a little nervous perfect so let's me know that I've actually been able to confirm my employment and it's only gonna focus on my face this is a really cool technology my confirmation numbers here now as a store associate I understand that someone has confirmed they're much more likely to show and if people were going to cancel I mean I guess that gives you the opportunity to help other people that are in the location or other people can book that time enough schedule that time absolutely make it easy for your customers to connect with you that's what we're all about this is fantastic and it's a great add to the text notification services as long as email along with email as well I mean even Gartner has shown 98% of text messages get opened while a dismal 80% of emails don't so if you want to reach your customers and engage with them text is the way to go and it's a great way to engage and make sure people are going to show up to your appointments thank you very much you're fantastic I think that was good
