When I had a deadline to meet and needed to get a series of pdf documents ready ASAP, I was able to use the template feature to save certain information to all docs at once and just fill in the info that differed. Great after-sales support!
I recently signed pdfiler demo version to convert a PDF to a word document but for for some reason it didn't work, not the point.
Point it, I forgot to cancel my subscription and was billed for the year.
I immediately cancelled my subscription and contacted pdfiler via the online chat.
That answered within 20 seconds and immediately refunded my payment.

I used this PDFfiller for the 1st time…
I used this PDFfiller for the 1st time and it worked great. I was able to drag the document that was sent to me into the PDF filler and it opened all the fields so I could edit and resend.

kara was great. I am an older computer geek who never got into such things as screenshots. Not only did kara patiently deal with my problem but she also helped me with her request of a screen shot. i have 2nd and 3rd level support at ibm on global WAN's so i have an appreciation for what Kara did for me.
