It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

For several years I used this service as I ran an on-line business and felt that the ability to create pdf files, for ordering processes would be of a significant help.
I am now retired, but like the ability to modify medical health forms rather than filling them out by hand repeatedly.

PDFfiller in a medical office
Overall, very pleased with the program. Love the east of use, wish the file saving was a little easier.
I like being able to upload patient forms that need completed (i.e. FMLA or short term disability) and completing neatly with PDFfiller, instead of handwriting, etc.
I love the east of emailing or faxing directly from the program as well. The confirmation of receipt or email being read is nice.
Some times the text boxes are difficult to line up or get placed properly but I really feel with more use I will become better with these small tweaks.

This is a great program if you need this service. We needed it at one time, but did not realize we could do this on line. I would recommend it to anyone who is in the business of needing documents filled out, signed and delivered.

Very good to be able to edit pdfs, though it is still a fairly clunky procedure. But for a free download you can't complain.

Honest business practices
Like many other online products, they make it VERY easy to sign up, and not so easy to cancel. But once I found the correct place, they did allow me to cancel and refunded my money quickly. While the product did not fit my needs, the company appears to be legitimate and honest.

Click on the 'Standardize Company Work' option in the dropdown menu.

On the Standardize Company Work page, you will see a list of available templates. These templates are pre-designed forms that can be customized to fit your company's specific needs.

Select the template that best matches the type of work you want to standardize. You can preview each template by clicking on it.

Once you have chosen a template, click on the 'Use Template' button to start customizing it.

The template will open in the pdfFiller editor. You can now add, edit, or remove fields as needed. Fields are placeholders where you or your employees can enter information when filling out the form.
