I paid for a year subscription to PDFfiller because I needed to fill out a form for college and employment applications. No stress like trying to add a text box in the correct place when using other programs. I have used it more than expected. Very pleased!

The user interface for entering numbers in a field is not particularly user friendly. That's the biggest thing. A feature to 'delight' your customers would be to include a field that had a simple 'summation' function.

I'm learning how to use the program. We need it for online school for our granddaughter
It is a bit complicated. As we learn to print and save and figure out which document it which, it will be easier to use

What do you like best?
It works. Easy to use platform. I've subscribed for several years and they continue to make improvements. I tried docusign and this was just as good.
What do you dislike?
I don't like that it won't link up with business accounts on OneDrive so I can't store my files on OneDrive. Really would be nice to have them fix that! Also for some weird reason, the system only can connect with personal accounts. Sometimes, it's not easy to find my documents. Finally, the plug-in for Chrome doesn't always work well. Usually, it's just better to go into the app itself.

Compare the functionality you need to what it offers. I suspect you'll find it's sufficient.

A life saver
pdfFiller has helped me to make easier my load of work and without I might be stressing a lot.
What I like most about this software is the ease of use, as an educator I need to use PDF's everyday and this software helps me a lot with that.
The free trial is good but then you need to pay for another features.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. I had to do profit and loss statements for my boss but I did not know how to change the form itself as a template. I needed more time to get help but I was in a hurry.

It is a great tool that anybody can use. It does not matter what type of business, school, or type of work you do you will get out of this service if you have to continually deal with PDF documents. Do you need to sign something? Check. Do you need to change a shipping label by a major retailer for a return? check. Tax documents? check. For real, I'm just a regular stay at home dad and I use this AT LEAST twice a month.
