As a small business owner in the healthcare field, we do not have the resources to have much administrative support. I had some troubles purchasing my subscription after my free trial and had a long wait using the chat feature. Very user friendly. Easy to find tools to edit, merge, etc. Was impressed that there was esign that is verified by the program. I am stil on the trial version, but I think I will continue with the paid version too as I do alot of editing to pdfs.

I had somehow removed the date stamp from my digital signature and I could not figure out how to get it back on. Turns out it was a pretty simple fix (doh!). Kara responded super fast to my cry for help. She provided written instructions as well as a screenshot (very helpful!). My date stamp is back on. :)

I had to type information into a PDF document and I couldn't do it in Windows 10; I found pdf.filler.com and was able to type in my information easily!
