Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! Easy Auto-Renew Subscription Refund
Like most sites that offer small services with yearly or monthly subscriptions, you most likely run into the "auto renew subscription" headache. While it is frustrating (as this happened to me with PDFfiller), it is always nice to have a little forgiveness. Before I disputed the transaction with my bank I "calmly" contacted PDFfiller support asking if I could be refunded for this un-consented transaction of $72. It only took 5 mins with customer support to give me a full refund. And for that hasty/easy relief they gave me (as well as a refund with no questions asked) I give them 5 stars. Also, not to mention, it is a great PDF filling software.

More than what it says on the tin
I am forever annotating drawings for the Home Improvements I offer my customers. We can assume that people understand drawings but most don't. The extra points I can make using arrows and text make it easier for my customers to understand and I know it helps me win business.
The software is easy to learn (I'm old so my patience with new programmes is not good). It has never frustrated me to use.

That I could fill it in immediately and be able to upload it and save it somewhere else. Also that the formatting remained the same
That I had to save it twice in order to get what I had wrote. I also hate that the text box does not stay within the area you type in.

I had some troubles purchasing my subscription after my free trial and had a long wait using the chat feature. However, I called into the customer support line and had immediate amazing customer service in resolving my issue. My customer service rep was very detail in listening to my concerns and offering resolution. Because of the excellent customer service experience my PDfFiller representative delivered I proceeded with a one-year commitment of service and recommended these services to my family member.

Will CPS strike days be made up?
The school district on Tuesday announced it will spread five make-up days across the rest of the 2019-20 school year rather than tacking them all on at the end. Those days will be made up on: Nov. 27, Jan. 2-3, 2020, and June 17-18, 2020.
