I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. PDFs made easy Since using PDFfiller, I haven't seen any PDF I can't tackle This software allows me to edit any PDF unlike Acrobat Reader. Has other useful functionalities such as sending PDF's to clients for e-signature, merging/extracting/compressing pages as well. I do not think this software needs any improvements. It helps ease my workload immensely each week.

PDF filler is a real time saver PDF filler is really good for formatting forms that don't come with editable text boxes. This is really useful for me as it saves me having to print off forms, write on them and then upload and send them back. I have had an issue where one of the forms I was working on suddenly refreshed and I lost my progress. But it's only happened once

The system was quite user-friendly, however the quality of the initial edited documents was poor, with a green tinge appearing behind the altered text. A note to Paul at customer service had a solution identified, which solved the problem.

Transcribe it as if each is speaking in turn. Again, concentrate on one voice and one sentence at a time. Fully transcribe the first sentence of what the first person is saying, inserting the appropriate crosstalk tag in places where you simply cannot understand due to the other voices.
Crosstalk refers to audio in which two speakers are talking over one another. To ensure your transcriptions are of the highest quality we recommend that you limit the amount of crosstalk in your audio as well as keep background noise to a minimum.
Transcription in the linguistic sense is the systematic representation of language in written form. The source can either be utterances (speech or sign language) or preexisting text in another writing system.
The average person can transcribe one audio hour in about 4 hours. It takes most people about one hour to transcribe 15 minutes of a clear, slow audio file.
But if you cannot identify who is speaking throughout most of the transcript, it's better to then mark the speakers with a generic label like Interviewee or Participant. Still, it's important that you are able to at least identify the person asking questions or leading the discussion.
Use a dash to indicate an abrupt interruption mid-sentence by another speaker. Never use a dash to indicate a stutter. Leave out stutters in Clean Verbatim. With spoken dialogue do not transcribe verbal tics (like habitual Memphis) that interrupt the primary speaker's sentence.
If there is a lengthy pause, write it as [pause]. Most brief pauses will not require the indication of a pause. Instead of typing [pause], using ., or, use a comma, which is used to indicate slight pauses in speech. Identify all nonverbal communication, such as pauses, laughter, crying, sighing, and so on.
The em-dash () is used to signify an interruption. Example: AP: Did you read the transcript? I feel it's JS: Sorry to interrupt. Also use a dash to indicate a change of course mid-sentence, and enclose the thought in dashes if the sentence veers again or goes back to its original course.
