What our customers say about pdfFiller
See for yourself by reading reviews on the most popular resources:
Like that it remembers where I was in filling in the forms. Filling in was a little awkward on the government forms I was working with. Would help to have a built in tracking mechanism to determine progress.

The service is great and has come in handy in ways I had not expected. However, you lose 2 stars for my initial experience of first being asked to to pay, by a pop-up, to see a form that was submitted and then after paying being told by another pop-up that I need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. The first pop-up should have presented the correct plan. Felt a little like a bait and switch. But I gave you back one star due to the fact that support was able to fix the problem, quickly.

This is a good program, but it could be more user friendly. Copying the edited PDF from the online program to my desktop was more difficult than it should have been. That said, I was able to accomplish what I wanted via this program.

Pros:
+Has a send to sign feature
+Allows editing of PDF text
+Add/Remove/Edit Fillable fields
+Save forms as templates
+Up to 5 users with the largest subscription
Cons:
-Layout is not intuitive and hard to learn, even for the computer literate
-Limits merging to 5 PDFs
-Limits on file size (you can't work on large PDFs)
-Other minor inconveniences that slow workflow
I chose PDFfiller for my small company because for the same price as one user for Adobe's similar product, I can have 5 users for PDFfiller. It definitely has some limiting factors and can be frustrating but it's the best you can get for the price. Definitely worth the time to take the free trial and see how you like it.

This was a great program
This was a great program. I just don't use it enough to justify paying annually. I wish there was a charge per file option.

Easy to use.
Easy to use.
I struggled a bit lining up fields with each other, but I guess there is an easier way of doing that than I am doing. For a first timer, I was happy with the experience.

How are commercial leases structured?
These leases are organized around two rent calculation methods: “net” and “gross.” The gross lease typically means a tenant pays one lump sum for rent, from which the landlord pays his expenses. The net lease has a smaller base rent, with other expenses paid for by the tenant.
What are the different types of commercial leases?
There are three categories of leases when it comes to commercial real estate: Gross Lease (also known as Full Service Lease), Net Lease, and Modified Gross Lease. The main similarity among these leases is that they all provide a base rent with variations around who pays for which operational expense.
What are the different types of leases?
There are different types of leases, but the most common types are absolute net lease, triple net lease, modified gross lease, and full-service lease. Tenants and proprietors need to understand them fully before signing a lease agreement.
What is the most common type of commercial lease?
Triple Net Lease (NNN Lease) This is the most popular type of net lease for commercial freestanding buildings and retail space. It is known as the net net net lease, or NNN lease, where the tenant pays all or part of the three “nets”--property taxes, insurance, and CAMS--on top of a base monthly rent.
What is a commercial gross lease?
Gross Lease. In a commercial gross lease, you pay the landlord a fixed monthly rent while the landlord pays for the expenses of operating the building, including taxes, insurance, building maintenance, repairs, and utilities (except any utilities that are separately metered and that you agree to pay).
How are commercial leases calculated?
Multiply the amount by the rentable square footage to determine your monthly cost. Divide that amount by your usable square footage to calculate your actual price per usable square foot. For example, if the rentable square footage is 1,130 and the price is $1 per square foot, your monthly lease amount is $1,130.
What is the average commercial lease rate per square foot?
Calculating Price Per Square Foot in a Commercial Lease You will typically see this quoted as an annual rate or a monthly rate. Example with a yearly price per square foot: A 3,000 sf office space has a yearly asking rental rate of $25 per square foot. 3,000 x $25.00 = $75,000 per year for rent.
How do I lease a commercial property?
You must be able to meet the terms of the commercial lease. Signing any contract means you must be able to comply with the terms of that contract. ...
Pay rent. ...
Pay any outgoings. ...
Pay a security bond. ...
Pay for legal fees. ...
Staying power. ...
Arrange insurance. ...
Maintain and repair the property and any damage to the property.
How do you calculate commercial square footage?
Make sure to measure the area as carefully as possible, especially if you are the tenant that might be negatively affected by these miscalculations. Measure simple square footage. To measure commercial square footage for a rectangular space, multiply the length of the room in feet by its width.
What is the most common commercial lease?
A Triple Net Lease (NNN Lease) is the most common type of lease in commercial buildings.
