A thank you
I was looking for options for a one off issue I had with PDF forms and signed up to PDF Filler for the 1 month free trial. I realised shortly after this that I would have little use for this facility in the future but neglected to cancel the subscription within the free trial period. At the conclusion of the free trial period I was billed for the annual subscription, however I contacted the company via Customer Services live chat and without much trouble they cancelled the subscription and refunded the fee. Excellent service and very professional advisors.

I started with pdfFiller almost a week…
I started with pdfFiller almost a week ago, and tried to get support on and off. The Live Chat didn't work, so I was emailing, but the emailing didn't really work as I would wait for a response, and when I got a response, I was working on something else. But the Live Chat did work today. The first person was trying to help, but I didn't know how to do a screenshot and he got tired of waiting for me to do it and ended the chat. Then, I got KARA, who was fantastic. She did a Zoom meeting and showed me how to do everything I want. I am so relieved that I understand how to fix my problems, and I was just about to give up until Kara got on the Live Chat. She was patient and informative. She is a rock star!

Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. The program has completely upped my game from writing business letters, filling out pdfs, faxing important documents - there is no limit to what you can do with a program like PDFFiller. But, what really pulled me in, other than the superb professional look and quality that PDFFiller gives my correspondence, was the help I received when I needed it. For example, I needed help with merging two documents that I needed to fax. I received help via the Chat Box within seconds of asking for assistance. It's like having your own IT team 24 hours a day! I also just found out that outbound faxes are included in the price and, if you want your own inbound fax number, $20.00 a month gets you your own fax number! The list goes on and on. I signed up for their services during a free trial, but ended up not needing them. When I realized I had been charged for their services, I immediately emailed them and they processed the refund right then. I offered to pay for the few days that I actually had since it was really my fault, but they refunded the full amount.
