We were out of town and needed an…
We were out of town and needed an expensive package delivered to an alternate address. We needed a signed release for the courier to deliver without a signature, and this was the best way to create and eventually email that release form.

I really like the capability of downloading forms, completing them and signing to send off.

How are official statistics collected?
Primary, or “statistical” sources are data that are collected primarily for creating official statistics, and include statistical surveys and censuses. Secondary, or “non-statistical” sources, are data that have been primarily collected for some other purpose (administrative data, private sector data etc.).
How are statistics collected?
The main portion of Statistics is the display of summarized data. Data is initially collected from a given source, whether they are experiments, surveys, or observation, and is presented in one of four methods: Textual Method. The reader acquires information through reading the gathered data.
How do you collect data in statistics?
There are many methods used to collect or obtain data for statistical analysis. Three of the most popular methods are: Direct Observation Experiments, and Surveys. A survey solicits information from people. e.g. Gallup polls. Pre-election polls. Marketing surveys.
What is registration method in collecting data?
Registration method refers to continuous, permanent, compulsory recording of the occurrence of vital events together with certain identifying or descriptive characteristics concerning them, as provided through the civil code, laws or regulations of each country.
Are official statistics reliable?
Due to the preparation and care when being undertaken, the reliability of official statistics is fairly high as they can use the same questionnaire, survey or census for a large sample group. However, that does not mean that the results are accurate. The accuracy of the results depends entirely on the participants.
Are official statistics valid?
Official statistics have a number of apparent advantages to the sociological researcher. Firstly, they are relatively cheap and readily available. For positivist sociologists (following Durkheim's method), official crime statistics can be seen as providing a measure of crime which is representative, reliable and valid.
Why are official statistics not reliable?
For example, they way the Police Recorded Crimes changed twice in the 2000s. Official statistics may also lack validity because they are collected by the state and massaged to make things look better than they actually are.
What are the disadvantages of official statistics?
A disadvantage of official statistics, and all secondary sources, is that the data was collected by somebody else for a different reason and the researcher has no control over the original data collection.
