overall I like pdffiller, but there are some things I wish I could do, like circle items in word docs. The only circle function I see does not seem to work very well. I would like to be able to draw circles around items more easily. As for signature authentication, is it necessary to include date? It would be easier if the authentication did not include the date. This isn't a big deal, since I can see why the date is necessary... but sometimes I sign a contract on for example, Sept 1st at midnight, but I don't want my clients to know I signed at midnight Sept 1st, particularly if I should have signed the document sooner. Anyway, these are just little issues that I've come across and changes would make my business a bit easier.

Blogger - PDF Filler Online use without having to download anything onto your computer. If you are a blogger you have too much on your desktop already! Easy to use. No need to have other software to fill-in your PDFs (contracts, flyers, etc.). This can be used online on any computer. You can even have docs e-signed. There's also a free trial. I do not have anything bad to say about it. It was easy to use. I will continue to use and refer people to it.

Must Have! This program is awesome for creating new contracts or clients, you can even email it and have them sign online. It automatically charges you for a year so make sure you choose monthly billing if you would like to be billed differently than annual.

The level of communication the team has… The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. How to calculate mean time to resolve. To calculate this MTTR, add up the full resolution time during the period you want to track and divide by the number of incidents.
To calculate MTTR, divide the total maintenance time by the total number of maintenance actions over a given period of time. Imagine a pump that fails three times over the span of a workday. The time spent repairing each of those breakdowns totals one hour.
How to calculate MTT. The formula for MTT is the sum of all the time incident detection times for a given technician, team or time period, divided by the number of incidents. This MTT can then be compared to a previous time period, another incident response team or so on to gauge performance.
The Response Metrics MTA (Mean Time to Acknowledge) and MTTR (Mean Time to Resolve) Report tells the story of your investment in Victories and the practice of DevOps. Track evolution and goals over time, and tell key stakeholders the story by relaying key metrics directly related to the cost of downtime.
Convert all times to seconds (1 minute = 60 seconds) i.e. 2:42 seconds would be 162 seconds. Sum all seconds. Divide sum by # of entries. Divide sum by 60 (60 seconds in every minute) This does not mean that your answer is 2 minutes and 4 seconds. Your answer would 2:02 as an average time.
