I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. I found PDF filler to be very helpful, however there was a bit of confusion with the cost of the account account. I I thought that I would be getting charged $6 dollars per month however my bank account was charged $72 dollars for an entire years subscription. I do not fill out enough documents to make a years subscription worthwhile. If that is the case, I think the website should give you the option of a 30 day trial period, and then give you the option of committing to a 1 year subscription. Otherwise, be more clear that you all are charging the entire $72 as oppose to the $6 per month. I have since canceled my subscription and I do not intend to use the website any longer. I would definitely like a refund effective immediately.

I am not a techie, but left my computer in my office, found this program and figured it out to my own amazement...fair price, though would not have had to pay if on my computer. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

It'd be helpful if there was a visual display on the side when selecting a document, so that I could see what I'm looking at and have the ability to rename it without completely opening it.

How do you initiate guardianship?
If you are asking to be the guardian over the person only (not the estate), there is no fee to file the papers. Guardian over the estate: No fee if assets are $2500 or less.
What are the steps to getting guardianship?

How long does it take to establish guardianship?
A: From the time that the petition for guardianship is filed, it may take up to four months for the guardianship to be granted. The amount of time depends on the proper notice to relatives and a completed investigation, by the court, as to the appropriateness of the guardianship.
