So far it's been pretty good although I haven't figured everything out yet as far as the features but I'm working on it. I like it so far though for what I needed it for. The website said there will be no charge for 30 days but my card got charged 1 dollar. This is clear misleading attitude. I did not find half a star to give.

The support team at PDFFiller is top notch. They always respond promptly and professionally and even accept suggestions for improvement of the software. I personally am amazed at the evolution of this product over the last 7 or 8 years.

The site is good but just takes time to load pdf's, when i scroll it takes about 4 or 5 seconds to notice what i did.

I had to ask for help in creating the 2020 form 1099.Anna was very helpful sent me the link to get the form. I still have problem saving the new form and renaming it.

Easy to edit, fast and clear, good volume of storage
What do you dislike?
Price could be cheaper. Functions are not through out. Sometimes the convert docs from pdf to word are not correct

Completed what I needed done. The reason for 4 stars is because you force people to sign up for a monthly subscription versus just charging for the one time use of the feature.
