At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list. PDF filler- Great for client invoices and forms Great time and paper saver. Allows me to send forms write through email and receive them back. An easy to use option for clients to enable transfer of information without needing to print and scan documents. Not everyone is familiar with it. Sometimes it is difficult to select the text box to edit. Some people can't do the signiture option.

A wonderful tool for small business Filling and sending forms is extremely easy, other people can sign into the account and use it. It makes filling out forms a breeze, no more handwriting. It's very simple to use, allows good organization and many ways of printing or sending the completed form. The E-Signature is a bit funny but that's my only complaint.

The product is very good and it works very nice and... The product is very good and it works very nice and it's very easy to comprehend how to use it, but the way you have the purchase setup I feel is very misleading I signed up for the month the month payment and you took a full year out of my account I did not like that that is why I would never recommend your product to anyone want to use because you can really mess up a person and you could be taking money that they could not have to be taken at the time. You need the fix your payment process area or you will lose other customers like myself because I did report it to the Better Business Bureau cuz I did not appreciate that.
