Price point too high for how infrequent I would use this program but I did like its versatile options and over all user friendly templates, just had too play around a little bit to get it figured out!

What do you like best?
I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.
What do you dislike?
not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say

I would recommend this product ,because it allows my agency to provide the client with the information needed. I really do not have any additional information to supply.

PDF Filler Software
The pdfFiller is a game changer. The software saves the user time by allowing the user to complete customizable fields and then sign the documents right on the screen. It eliminates the need to print any paperwork if the user chooses not to. The document can be legibly completed by typing directly into the fields which eliminates the effort of having to physically write out what is needed.
The software helps to save time for the user.
I do not have any dislikes that I would like to share about this product. This product has been a game changer for my business.

I was accidentally billed after cancelling my subscription. I contacted the customer service and was completely blown away by the fantastic and prompt support i received. I can easily find the forms I need and accomplish them. The option to have them linked to agencies for submission is very convenient. I would recommend to small business owners like myself.

What do you like best?
I love the whiteout option and the text box. Also the drag option to move all text over.
What do you dislike?
I have no complaints at this time. Have had no issues since we first started using PDFiller.

Is it worth extending my lease?

Does a freeholder have to extend a lease?

Is 125-year lease long enough?
The majority of residential leases used to be for a term of 99 years, but more recently leases on modern purpose-built flats have been for 125 years or longer. Most leases on ex-local authority flats are also for 125 years. The value of a leasehold flat diminishes as the lease gets shorter.
Is a 90-year lease long enough?
Flat leases normally run for 99 or 125 years from when the property is built. The good news is that the 1993 Leasehold Reform Act gives most flat owners the right to extend their lease by 90 years as long as they have owned the flat for at least two years.
