It's easy and I use it for billing for my private practice. There was a recent change in the function of the program that you have that has caused me extra time. I used to be able to look up my form by name using the little magnifying glass and then when I found it, click on the form, and then click on the copy icon. The copy icon isn't present anymore when I look up the form by name, so I instead have to scroll back through all of my forms and it takes a lot longer. If I could still look up by name and then copy the form once I found it that way it would be great. I used to be able to do that until the recent formatting changes.

took a while to figure it out. Not sure if I am happy that anyone tyhat fgets a form must log into your online app. Want to have them do it in acrobat reader onlt.

I was having issues with billing as I don't remember when & which account I used for registration. I was having issues with billing as I don't remember when I registered this account. What do you like best? The templates are really helpful. It can automatically be saved with new information. What do you dislike? The signateure date and initialling has to clicked for each time. Would like to be able to just click the option and repeat that option several times without selecting it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Can send out contracts and paperwork. Re-formatted the paperwork to be filled out electronically and it's much clearer.

What do you like best? The ability to change/save PDF files, the online signatures, the ability to delete unwanted pages in a PDF. What do you dislike? The auto "next" field selector thing...I figure out a way around it, it's just annoying. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm a CPA and I can easily type important forms for federal and state governments to keep them professional and easy to read.
