I really like the ease in using this program. I have tried other PDF software but find them all very awkward to use. I am just not sure about the pricing. I assume I signed up for 12 months? This is a great program and I don't have to hand print documents when most documents are PDF anyway.

My original reason for joining was just to try the program and use the conversion from PDF to Word feature. Our club has need for developing forms and sign in documentation which I am exploring your features. Not as easy as I would have liked. Good product so far for my needs, but I'll make a final decision towards the end of my trial version.

What do you like best?
In-line text, change font size, save options to name a few. Being able to quickly fill out insurance applications and having the text line up is amazing. I have been looking for this feature for awhile. PDFfiller is quick, easy, and has boosted my efficiency greatly.
What do you dislike?
The page fails when resizing text, and then you need to reload it. That is really my only issue other than when saving a PDF to my local machine, I don't need the indicator to pop up and tell me where to look.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sign up! You won't regret it. PDFfiller is easy to use, extremely helpful, and increases productivity dramatically. Great product.

Easily fill out lengthy forms via pdf vs having to print them out and fill out by hand. We have been able to complete applications and fill pdfs faster and get them to where they need to go much faster.

When I asked about sending my documents… When I asked about sending my documents via email, 1st.person sent me a link to put my card# and 1st.month free.I didn't feel rite doing that,being that the documents I was trying to send were about fraudulent use of my card.So sumbody else got on chat and was able to let me send it for that day only,just to show me how your comp.works.And because of that I will be using pdFiller from nw on.TANKYOU TO WHOEVER DID THAT.I APPRECIATE IT VERY MUCH.

I absolutely reccomend PDF Filler to… I absolutely reccomend PDF Filler to anyone who would like to create any type of document legal or not. I did my will and a lease with the wizard and they both came out so professional looking it was like they were prepared by an attorney. They have bill of sale receipts and anything else you can imagine needing as well. I am so glad I found this site and hope this review helps someone decide to give it a try also. I never leave reviews but felt this deserved one.

Consideration is a legal term used to describe the value that changes hands as part of an agreement between two or more parties. The contract will also require the seller to sign and deliver a deed (usually a Warranty Deed or Special Warranty/Grant/Covenant Deed) as consideration to the buyer.
A deed is the document that transfers ownership of real estate. It contains the names of the old and new owners and a legal description of the property, and is signed by the person transferring the property.
A deed states a property's sales price, legal description and to whom the deed is returned after recording. Deeds show the amount of any property transfer taxes and the assessor's parcel identification number. The dates and signatures of the granters and notaries public are at the bottom of deeds.
A property deed is a written and signed legal instrument that is used to transfer ownership of real property from the old owner (the granter) to the new owner (the grantee).
Whoever has their name on the deed is the rightful owner of the home, so it's one of the most important documents in buying or selling a home. The seller typically prepares the real estate deed, usually with the help of a title company or an attorney to ensure the property transfers successfully.
For a deed to be valid, it must meet the following requirements: The granter must have legal capacity, which means that the granter is of sound mind and lawful again most states, the minimum age is 18. There must be enough information in the deed to identify the grantee with reasonable certainty.
All parties to a contract must offer a consideration for the contract to be enforceable. Consideration is the benefit, interest or value that induces a promise. It is the glue that binds a contract. Signatures. A contract must be signed by all parties to be enforceable.
Consideration, in simple terms, is the price paid by each party. Often, this will be the provision of goods or services by one party and the provision of money by the other, but it could be anything of value. Deeds, on the other hand, do not require consideration in order for them to be valid.
