It is easy to use and upload your own forms as well. I like all the options for changing colors and sizes of the text and O/X . My only complaint is that the box that appears when you place anything kinda stays in your way when you are working.

jI just started exploring for virtual Notary options. Too early to give a proper opinion.
This is when I signed up for a free trial, I do believe I also signed up for for your annual service, however, my queries for my Notary requirements are not CONFIRMED YET WHICH MIGHT CHANGE MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION COMITMENT. I also need confirmation on the forms I will be focusing on for Immigration and Passport requirements,
hope I get a response before I need to consider my annual commitment date BEFORE it is here!
I am available eastern time M-F 11a-1p and 5pm-9pm .

I wrote some legal documents using this tool, it was much easier than other PDF editing tools I found. I was able to put my legal case together in an hour after wasting much more than that on other editing tools.

Needed a simple online pdf product
Needed a simple online pdf product. Registration was easy enough. I ended up needing more advanced features so didn't use much. Support staff were super helpful when accidentally billed.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. That the application makes editing documents that can be difficult to edit in certain formats simple.
What do you dislike?
I dislike that there are some formats that this application cannot edit.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Solving the problem of editing time documents that get distorted in Google Docs or Microsoft. The benefit of being able to cut major time from editing projects by utilizing the many features.

Great, however, could be improved with quicker selection of initialing or signing. Maybe a way of clicking at the point of initialing and pasting without having to select each time you have to initial as slow if having to do lots of initialing.

PDFfiller has great customer support
PDFfiller offers a great service, but unfortunately I don't have the opportunity to use it enough.
But that truly sets this business apart from the competition is their customer service.
I've never seen any other CS that would respond so quickly, be so attentive and managed to resolve my issue so promptly.
I cannot recommend them enough.
