What do you like best?
Not having to print tons of paper and scanning, to get signatures on so many documents I have to sign. Process is so simple, I can sign and email right way. Time saver for sure!

I have not found any parts of the program I don't like yet!

Everything is wonderful Everything is wonderful, however with my bad eyes and being slow, i still say it is great.Sometime I have a little trouble moving from are moving to the area to get going to the PDF. Perfect for my needs! I found it super easy to use - was looking for a product like this and it really met my needs! I have used it for basic tasks and it works great. I feel like if I ever want to do more creative documents that I will need more training. This feature is a bit complicated to me.

What do you like best? Many of our forms require customization for each customer. The pdfFiller support team is very helpful What do you dislike? I would like more font options. Other then that I have no problems Recommendations to others considering the product: pdFiller will make life a lot easier dealing with forms and getting signatures What problems are you solving with the product? Q: Do I need to notarize the signed form? A: No. The HIPAA Privacy Rule does not require you to notarize authorization forms or have a witness. Though taking the time to fill out an authorization form and get a patient's signature is an extra step, it's an important one that you can't afford to overlook.
For all other releases, the patient's or designated representative's signature is sufficient and notarization and/or a witness signature is not required.
How do I fill out a HIPAA release form? Provide instructions. Name the patient and individual authorized to use or disclose their PHI. Describe the information. Specify recipients. Specify the purpose of disclosure. Specify the time period. Detail their revocation rights. Obtain the patient's signature.
Patients can provide consent for their family members or designated person to access their PHI in emergencies using this form. It ensures that critical medical information is readily available to authorized individuals when immediate healthcare decisions need to be made.
A signature and date that the authorization is signed by an individual or an individual's representative. If a representative is signing the form, the relationship with the patient must be detailed along with a description of the representative's authority to act on behalf of the patient.
