Good so far; expensive, however, AND when I agreed to your discounted one year offer when I intended to cancel after one month, I didn't realize the sum offered was in addition to the $20 one month fee, so it didn't turn out to be such a great deal after all. I was canceling, because I honestly don't see myself using this much more if even ever again. However, for the discounted rate (WITHOUT the $20 added in), I thought 'why not?' I have been trying to cancel my…
I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. One of the problems is that I can't find the account. I have tried all of the email addresses that I use and can not find it. I have sent emails and wrote tickets trying to get some help but have recieved absolutely no response. I am paying $50 a month for a service I am unable to use or cancel.
I was able to finally talk to someone who helped me find the email the account was under, canceled it for me and refunded the charges. The whole thing was quick and painless and I got the best possible outcome and that gives the 5 stars in my book. Thank you pdffiller for taking the time to hear my problem and helping finally find a resolution.

Well, I tell you the truth. I am not an easier learning with software and subscriptions. I have a few such as fileinvite taxdome... but this PDFfiller with the customer service I have received from Dee just not, along with the two other I spoke with has been outstanding. Dee took the time I needed and is very well knowledgeable about how to navigate this system. I am super glad i was helped by Dee... Even though I am a slow learner, and I might need to chat in the future, I appreciate the time and walk through I was provided, I have not hard this customer service before.
