It is somewhat confusing at first, but after learning the program it is very helpful and convenient to use! I enjoy all of the different options regarding the tools to fill out a PDF, for me it was a rental application for an apartment that i needed to fill out. The one thing I did not like is that after i had filled out my entire application via the pdffiller app, i could not e-mail the pdf until i paid for a plan. Somewhat disappointing, but regarding the program it is a good one.

This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. PDF filler is user friendly. I am able to access previous years 1040 forms for clients who have had issues with their past years taxes. All of the forms are easily accessible. I enjoy using the tools available such as highlight, signing documents ect.

What do you like best?
I really like how I can fill out any form and it will turn it into a pdf. I also like how I can sign any form with my signature.
What do you dislike?
I do not really enjoy filling out forms that do not provide just a box to type in, rather it is little individual boxes for every letter. When the form is this way. I have to insert a new text box for every letter so that the letters would fall in their own little box and doesn't look out of place. These are the forms that are difficult to fill out. Unless there is a setting I haven't figured out yet.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
