User interface can be better
This is a pretty good website to merge pdfs. Overall has everything you need. I do believe the user interface can be easier to use for those who aren't as tech savvy.

What is NAV code?

What is the difference between NAV and Div?
Div (divide) is “non-semantic” as it does not (so much) semantically describe what it is specifically for or does, other than divides areas within the body of the page. Nav (navigation) does describe itself as being set aside for navigation only so it is considered semantic.
Where does the NAV go in HTML?
When writing HTML does the nav tag usually go in the header tag or not? Both of those tags possess the same CSS property i.e. display:block. Usually the header tag denotes the header of the page while nav tag denotes the navigation. You can use both of them together which is done most of the time.
