Tag Spreadsheet Article: simplify online document editing with pdfFiller

The PDF is a well-known document format for numerous reasons. It's accessible from any device, so you can share files between devices with different screens and settings. You can open it on any computer or phone — it'll appear exactly the same.

The next point is security: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so it's risk-free to share any sensitive data with them. That’s why it is essential to choose a secure editing tool when managing documents online. PDF files are not only password-protected, but analytics provided by an editing service, which allows document owners to identify those who’ve opened their documents in order to track any and all potential security breaches.

pdfFiller is an online editor that allows you to create, modify, sign, and send your PDFs directly from your internet browser. Thanks to the integrations with the most popular programs for businesses, you can upload a data from any system and continue where you left off. Once you finish editing a document, you can mail it to recipients to complete and get a notification when it’s completed.

Use editing features such as typing text, annotating, blacking out and highlighting. Change a page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Ask other users to fill out the fields. Add and edit visual content. Add fillable fields and send to sign.

Follow these steps to edit your document:

01
Get started by uploading your document.
02
Click the Tools tab to use editing features such as text erasing, annotation, highlighting, etc.
03
Add input fields if you need any; pdfFiller supports text, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdown lists etc.
04
Finish editing by clicking Done and choose what you want to do next with this PDF: save it to your device, print or send via email, fax or sharing link.
