It worked great in a pinch, but given the cost and how often you may or may not need something like this, I wonder if it'd be cheaper to buy a program to use rather than to keep this going on a monthly basis. I think it really depends on your individual needs. Though, when I needed something typed and there was no fillable version, this site was a lifesaver!

I'm not a computer person and I have trouble figuring out how to do things here at pdffiller. I'm sure the shortcomings are mine and not your program's.

I found out that I can not use papers in my work. I can take and use online forms, fill our them with PDFfiller and just forget about it.

I need much more tools than only PDF editing and sending. I also use RTF, Docx. Or sometimes I edit them in HTML. So, I need do use other tools too.

My team saves insane big amount of time for working with papers. So, our productivity dramatically increased.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

I have not even touched its full use of tools capabilities yet. Every day is a learning curve for me. Me and a friend started up plumbing and heating business and to cut back on overhead i took on the second job at night of doing the books until we can afford a book keeper. Bought the latest Microsoft Office and I am pulling my hair out doing spread sheets , invoices, job proposals, payroll and still have hardly learned a fraction of Offices capabilities. Excel,Word, One Note, Outlook, Access just mentioning the ones i use most. One thing i find hard to do is work with and understand is all the file formats and what one and when to use them. The one i use most is PDF . This program PDF FILLER has made my life so much easier and cut my time in Half. Once i put it in PDF format i couldn't Edit the work. Life is so much better I probably will not go bald now!

What do you like best?
It is much easier to use than Adobe Acrobat. Much more intuitive functions and file management. It has saved me a ton of time with the cloud storage of documents. I have used effectively for construction related documents.
What do you dislike?
Very rarely I have needed to use another platform because some municipalities require it but 98% of what I need to do is supported.

Remote completion of forms and extracting text from PDF documents mostly.

The Ticket Columns Release feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily manage and organize your tickets. Follow these steps to make the most out of this feature:

Access the Ticket Columns Release feature by logging into your pdfFiller account and navigating to the 'Tickets' section.

Once you are in the 'Tickets' section, click on the 'Columns' tab.

In the 'Columns' tab, you will see a list of all the available columns for your tickets. To add a new column, click on the 'Add Column' button.

A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the name and other details of the new column. Fill in the necessary information and click 'Save' to create the column.

To edit an existing column, simply click on the column name in the list. You can change the name, order, and other settings of the column in the pop-up window that appears.

If you want to delete a column, click on the 'Delete' button next to the column name. Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window that appears.

You can also rearrange the order of the columns by dragging and dropping them in the list. This allows you to customize the layout of your tickets according to your preferences.

Once you have made all the necessary changes to the columns, click on the 'Save' button to apply the changes to your tickets.

To view your tickets with the updated columns, go back to the main 'Tickets' section and select the desired ticket. The new columns will be displayed alongside the ticket details.
