I was a first time user and it was late at night and the PDFfiller.com information was a little confusing. I had problems opening the document on my computer as it was not readable. I have been a short time user. I downloaded a document; tried to then sign it, which was ok, but when I downloaded it did not pick up the entire form; all preprinted matter on the form did not download to the email I sent.

I was annoyed that I had to enter credit card info for a free trial. It makes me feel as if I'm being tricked into keeping your service. Very pleased with how the product works though.

Font choice is a little limited unless I don't know how to find them... Other than that, I've used PDF Filler for about three years now and it is almost a necessity with my job.

Great improvement on traditional Adobe products.
Good experience. I would recommend this to other in lieu of mainstream products.
Simple, easy to use and operates seamlessly with other programs. It also maintains the appropriate information for future use in other forms.
At times, information is lost when downloading forms from websites or is not saved when transmitting via email.
