I like that I can bring in any fillable… I like that I can bring in any fillable document, it makes everything to do with a business much easier. It's just not very easy to do. I have to remember how to do it every time. Not sure if that is my fualt or if this is just not that user friendly.

Creating the characters of the text may help you understand the words and the context. Make an alphabet chart as you go.
Use your judgment deciding how much time to spend deciphering bad handwriting. Invest in a good magnifying glass. Consider the context of the note. Find a clearly written letter, such as a “P” and then find other words that contain that letter.
