I purchased the product. It was because I needed to complete a form for an important Employment opportunity. After I spent 4 hours on the form. I was ready to print then was asked to make payment. after I subscribed; I then tried to print the form. Long story short; I could not print the document and then when I accessed it later to try and correct the issue, the information I had put in was all over the place. (in the wrong places). I have then canceled my subscription and have just wasted my $72 US Dollars. I know I will not be refunded, even if I was only Subscribed to the product for less then 6 hours or so. I would never recommend this product to anyone ever.
I immediately got a response and refund... which tells me that this company is serious about its reputation and customers service. Thank you so much for the upright service. Because of that I will recommend this to anyone and everyone

Thank You for an Amazing Program
I was having a difficult time creating a new document to file in my folders. I use this program now for all my note taking as I'm a Social Worker at a High School. The fill in bulk feature and the create from template has been life saving to me. I can easily generate notes on my caseload of students without having to go document by document. It has helped with my organization and the customer support has been Tier 1, there hasn't been an issue that I haven't had solved same day.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. How do I turn my electric meter back on British Gas?
Electricity meter: Press and hold buttons A and B together. Use button A to enter code and B to move forward. Press and hold B to move back.
Can I turn my power back on myself?
If you turn it back on yourself and get caught, you will probably get prosecuted by the power company when they find out, assuming you even CAN get the job done yourself. If the power company shut it off, they didn't just come over to your house and flip a switch.
How do I reset my digital electric meter?
To do so, press the RESET button on the front panel of the meter. If pressing the RESET button does not automatically set all the readings back to zero, press and hold the ENTER button while simultaneously pressing the RESET button.
How do I reconnect my smart meter?
Press the menu icon (it's in the bottom right of your screen). Press TOP UP. Choose the fuel you want to reconnect. Press OK. Enter the 20-digit code you've got via email or text (you'll get separate codes for electricity and gas).
How do you tell if your power has been shut off?
If you see a BLANK screen, there is a Power Outage at your home. Finally, if you see the letters CLS this is an indication the power is ON and flowing to the house. If power is not on inside the house, it's time to check the circuit breakers, or call an electrician. There you have it!

Visit our smart meter top-up website. Once you're there, click 'Top-up now'. Choose your service. Select either electricity or gas from the 'Service' menu, depending on which meter you want to top up. Give us your reference number and contact details. Enter your payment details and confirm. Check your confirmation.

Topping up without your card If you're running out of credit and need to buy a top-up without your card, just contact our Customer service team on 0345 601 9093 to get your Keypad Premise number. You can then use this to top-up as you normally would.
