The only reason my rating isn't a perfect 5 Stars is regarding getting an a document notarized online. Your website says it will be at no cost. But when linked to the vendor notary person, she said the cost is $25. When I contacted your company a couple of times, it was indicated someone would get back to me w/ answer. But that never happened.

From the printer front panel tap Fax. Next touch Fax Setup from that screen. Touch Reports, then touch Fax Confirmation. Select Off and the fax confirmation will no longer print.
User Tools > Facsimile Features > Key Operator Tools > (Scroll Down Once) Parameter Settings > Select Switch 03. Deselect Bit 0 (Change it to 0 from 1) Default is to print a confirmation page for all outbound fax transmissions.
You can cancel sending a fax using either the machine's control panel or your computer, depending on the status of the job. Cancel the fax from the computer. Double-click the printer icon on the task bar of your computer. Select the print job you want to cancel, click the [Document] menu, and then click [Cancel].
Press (Settings) > All Settings > Print Reports. If your machine displays the Settings menu on the Home screen, skip the Settings menu. Press Fax Journal. Press Yes. Press (Home).

A Message for Faxing Is Displayed on the Fax Standby Screen. If a message is displayed on the Fax standby screen, take the corresponding action described below. The machine is waiting to redial the recipient's number because the line was busy or the recipient did not answer when you tried to send a document.
