I just was able to get the best service…
I just was able to get the best service ever from Paul. I found I did not use this service as much as I did in the past, but the automatic renewal of payment had gone through. I contacted CS via Support and received a FULL Refund and cancellation of Auto Pay with in 3 minutes flat. Furthermore, received an email with confirmation of my request!! There is an eraser feature that is the best thing ever. This allows you to change a PDF document. How many times do you need to modify a document, or wish it said something different, but don't have an editable version. With PDFfiller you can erase the verbiage, and replace it with something else. You can also easily place your signature on documents too. You can upload you own personal signature too.

Fast Refund!
I was charged the $199 yearly subscription when I had forgotten to cancel due to personal reasons. The customer support agent quickly and easily handled cancellation and the refund. Thank you guys!!

I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.
