Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I had lost work that I had spent hours on and couldnt find what I had done wrong, Anne patiently worked through it with me and I found the document, without her I would have cried, literally, as I had worked the whole of the night on the document and it looked like i had lost it all. Anne should be commended for her high level customer service. She is a definate asset to your organisation.

In my opinion this application is very powerful, however not so intuitive, and I had to spend an inordinate amount of time in chat with technical support personnel. I would be happy to explain further.

The user interface for entering numbers in a field is not particularly user friendly. That's the biggest thing. A feature to 'delight' your customers would be to include a field that had a simple 'summation' function.

Happy Customer
I am absolutely amazed at the customer service I received today. I accidentally purchased the wrong plan and had messaged these guys to advise and ask if they could put me on the plan I wanted and asked if I could get a refund for the difference that I paid. They done all of this within a matter of hours no questions asked they simply helped me with my request straight away. This kinda service was A++++ I would recommend them also the PDF filler is so easy to use and navigate I will be using this quite often.

useful, easy, accessible, and most of all which is rare in these cases transparency ( love that you show days left of trial rather other free trials that sneakily start charging hoping you forget when trial ends and not respond)

Adapting from working home, I needed to make forms fillable to get signatures and this service was exactly what I needed!
Even after I forgot to cancel my subscription after the free trial, their customer support was auper responsive and able to refund the autopayment.
Thank you!

Do you put the before an acronym?
The general rule for indefinite articles is to use a before consonants and a before vowels. The trick here is to use your ears (how the acronym is pronounced), not your eyes (how it's spelled). HIV (pronounced “aitch eye see”) begins with a vowel sound, so an HIV patient is correct.

Do you put the in acronyms?
Grammar Tip The With Acronyms and Initialisms are abbreviations that must be pronounced as letters, e.g., LCBO.) Use a definite article with an initialism if the spelled out term begins with the but is not covered in the initialism. The United States of America = the U.S.A.
Do you use a before letters?
Use a before words that start with a consonant sound and a before words that start with a vowel sound. Other letters can also be pronounced either way. Just remember it is the sound that governs whether you use a or an, not the actual first letter of the word.
Why do we use a for abbreviations?
Original answer: It is exactly as you said: an is used before words beginning with a vowel sound, not necessarily a vowel letter. The acronyms you mentioned both begin with vowel sounds (/f. Tie/, /FSI/), so an is used before them.
Is NASA an acronym or initialism?
NASA, on the other hand, is an acronym because even though it is also made up of the first letters of the department name (National Aeronautics and Space Administration), it is pronounced as a word, NASA, and not by spelling out the letters N, A, S, A.
Why is it a before H?
It is a traditional rule of English that a can be used before words that begin with an H sound if the first syllable of that word is not stressed. Indeed, some traditionalists would say it must be used before such words. Since the first syllable of historic is unstressed, it is acceptable to use a before it.
Why is a used before H?
