EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. How do I write a notary affidavit?

Can a notary write an affidavit?
An affidavit is a document written statement filed by an affine as evidence in court. In order to be admissible, affidavits must be notarized by a notary public. An affidavit is a signed document wherein an affine makes a sworn statement or a written statement that you swear is true, and that can be used as evidence in court. An affine is the individual witness whose statement is contained in an affidavit or sworn deposition.
What is a notarized signature affidavit?
An affidavit is a sworn or affirmed statement made before a notary public or any public official who has the authority to administer oaths. The notary must administer an oath or affirmation to the signer(s), witness the signing of the document, and certify the document with an official signature and seal.
