I am using this service as an ex-pat in Ecuador to communicate with government services in the U.S. Not certain yet if offices like Social Security will accept forms mailed from an online-filler service, so am withholding the 5th star until I know they'll actually accept my forms.

Good Software - I would recommend to others
Good software. Did what I needed it to do. The layout could be a little less cumbersome, kind of busy when you look at the screen, a lot of icons/pics and made a simpler to navigate.

Can you take permit test online?
You will probably take the permit test at the DMV. In a few states like Florida, can also take the test online. However, most states still require you to take the test in person. We created Driving-Tests.org to help you quickly find information about your local DMV and the knowledge exams in your state.

Fill out or bring a completed DL44 application and have both parents sign it (available at DMV offices or complete the electronic DL44 application online ahead of time). Pay the DMV application fee, this fee pays for both your permit and your driver's license. Pass a vision test — if you wear glasses, bring them.

Can adults take the permit test online?
The Permit Test (also known as the DMV Test) is the 50 question test that all new drivers must pass. As an Adult you are required to take this test in person — you cannot take it online. Go to a DMV Office and take the Permit Test.
Can adults get a learner's permit?
Texas Learners Permit for Adults First time adult drivers (have never held a driver's license before) 18 & over, but under the age of 25, must complete an approved adult driver education course Texas before apply for a learners permit. Apply for a Texas learners permit, or instead, schedule the DPS road test.
