The Product concept is very nice the use of tools are simple. Things that I don't like are is that you are required to select Continue in Browser when click the Hyper Link, this for me is an unwanted and in needed step. The App I wish would allow you to search your fillable files, without the Link/Code or QR code you cannot use it. Would be more willing to use the App if this was a feature.

Its a good overall program although I had issues uploading my pdf assignment for school, and when I submitted it online, the pdf was completely blank. Not sure why this program did that.

Great customer service I signed up for a subscription when I really only needed to use it for one day. I canceled the subscription but it must not have gone through because I was later charged after a month. I canceled again and contacted customer service. They said the first cancellation must not have gone through but then refunded my money. That is why I will definitely use them again in the future.

Impressive customer service (LIVE support) I did not realise that my free trial expired until I got a charge for the month of December. I contacted 'live support' (which popped in in 20 sec) and Thomas was the most helpful I've ever experienced in customer service. He found out I had 2 accounts and when I explained to him that I actually only used the service once, he promptly offered me refund. I did not even expect one because I honestly thought this is another website that makes money by offering a trial and then charge you once trial is finished (which many of us would forget and only cancel when it is too late). But no, refund is already action, and he also cancelled my account as per my request with no fuss! Thomas, thanks for being extremely prompt and helpful! I will surely use this service next time. I used this one time for squares for a fundraiser and was looking forward to continuing using this service needed for a side job; however, this side job fell through. I thought I had cancelled on March 2, but must have not submitted something. I was charged today. If I could be refunded I would really appreciate it.

On the left panel, click Sales. Go to the Customers tab. Click the customer name. Search for the open invoice. Click Receive payment. Below Amount received, enter the partial amount. Click Save and close.
To enter a partial payment, go to the Edit page of the relevant invoice. In the top section, you'll find the Partial/Deposit field. Enter the partial payment amount. You can then send the invoice to the client, requesting the partial amount due.
Click the customer name, the click the invoice in the Transactions tab. Click the Reports tab at the top of your invoice. Click Transactions History. You'll see the credit details under Payments, deposits of payment line items, credits, and discounts section.
