Good product for the money
this product is well priced which is great for a startup business. The accessibility of acord forms is a big plus. I do wish it had a few more features that would make it even better - like the ability to attach an email without having to save in pdf and upload - and having a task option for future projects would be so great.
Ability to create and save documents required by insurance industry is a plus. I like being able to access the program from anywhere and being able to upload documents for client files.
Does not have ability to do sub folders and wish there were a section for each client for notes for tracking of conversations. Also wish there were a calendar where you could add tasks with reminders.

Where can I reset my CAC card?
Any RAPIDS Site can reset a CAC PIN. Please visit your nearest RAPIDS Site, which can be located using the RAPIDS Site Locator at http://www.dmdc.osd.mil/rsl/.
Do I have to turn in my CAC card?
If you like your CAC card, you can keep your CAC card As of December 20, 2016, you no longer have to turn in your old CAC when transferring between DOD components (i.e. DON to DOA).
Why is my CAC card locked?
Smart Card is BLOCKED — this means you have entered your PIN (Personal Identification Number) incorrectly 3 times. Also: The RAPIDS site VO (Verifying Official) will verify your identity using your fingerprint and help you reset your PIN.
How do I unlock my CAC card?
No appointments are needed for CAC Pin Resets. Blocked out or locked out you will need to unlock your CAC card. Please have a 6-8 digit PIN (You Choose) ready when you come in.
