I needed a program that would allow me to auto-fill information on export documents that I am responsible for completing, and PDF fillers has given me the ability to do that. I know that PDFfiller will do a lot more than what I am aware of. I just closed escrow on two homes, and the PDF filler allowed me electronically edit/sign/date all the forms necessary to sale and buy our properties. It saved a tremendous amount of time and paper because I saved the forms to my desktop and then returned the completed forms electronically.

I like everything about this program, but I prefer to be able to create folders without tags and be able to fill out forms without NEXT bars popping up all the time - they are annoying. But my overall experience with this program is great!

Good service. Can be a little difficult to line up the text in the correct spot. Would be good if you could easily move the text box up and down a little to line things up.

One of the most complete and useful tool to work with your pdf files.
The amount of options to edit and do things with your PDF files is just amazing, for example in the editor feature you can add text, modify tables, add checkmarks, search and replace, edit text, makes notes and so on, and like this there are a lot of options for your file, like the possibility of add a personal sign, or insert and image, or make a password, this a really amazing app for your PDF fIles.
I really do not have any complain about this app, because it comes with all the tools that you need to work with your PDF files, even the free version as powerful as the pay one.

Correction Deed — Correcting A Recorded Deed. Once a deed has been recorded, it is part of the public record and cannot be changed. It is possible, however, to amend that record by adding a newly executed deed, usually called correction or corrective deed, deed of correction or, in some states, deed of confirmation.

Determine if the error is harmless or fatal to the transfer of title. Decide what instrument is best suited to the error. Draft a corrective deed, affidavit, or new deed. Original Granter(s) signature(s) obtained. Deed is re-executed. Re-acknowledgment before a notary.
