How do I use my BA upgrade voucher?
To upgrade a new paid booking please go to Ba.com or call your local Service Center. Gold Upgrade vouchers cannot be redeemed at the airport. When a Member books Gold Upgrade vouchers direct with British Airways the Member must pay for the ticket, but is permitted to give the ticket and upgrade to someone else.
How do I get a free upgrade on British Airways?
You can only upgrade prior to check-in with Avis. You will then need to look for award seat availability in the class that you wish to upgrade into.
