Best and complete tool to edit PDF documents. Editing PDF files is so simple and easy with PDF Filler like using a Doc editor. I use it everytime to edit dates and sign documents, just sign on my device with my finger so every signature is different. They could add a tool to increase the quality or resolution of scanned PDF files.

Open an invoice past its due. Select Formatting, then choose Manage Templates. Select the invoice template you want to use and select OK. From the “Company & Transaction Information” section, select Print Past Due Stamp. Select OK.
Go to the Transaction page. On the right side above the list transactions, select Add Transaction (under Connect Account). Enter the correct date and select Business Income under category. Click Save.
Click Overdue to see the invoices. Transactions screen: On the left side navigation, click on Transactions and then Sales. Again, the same area will highlight in red or orange and labeled as Overdue. Click to see invoices.
Click the (+) Plus icon. Under Customers, choose Invoice. Fill out the invoice with the necessary information. From the Product/Service drop-down, choose the late fee item. Enter the amount of the charge. Select Save and Close.
To calculate late fees, first decide on the annual interest rate you want to charge, then divide that by 12. Next, multiply that monthly rate by the amount due to arrive at the monthly late fee. Example: You have a 12% late fee on a $10,000 project. Divide 10,000 by 12 and get a monthly interest rate of 1%.
Log in to the QuickBooks company file as Admin. Go to the Edit menu, then select Preferences. Select Finance Charge, then go to the Company Preferences tab. Fill in the Annual Interest Rate (%), Minimum Finance Charge, and Grace Period (days) fields.
Calculate the interest amount by dividing the number of days past due by 365, and then multiply the result by the interest rate and the amount of the invoice. For example, if the payment on a $1,500 invoice is 20 days late with a 6-percent interest rate, first divide 20 by 365.
