I am delighted that I found this PDF filler own line. I tried Adobe; however, I could not understand how it works. This is simple and easy to use. It is not difficult to drag and drop a file and then begin to fill in the proper document.

PDFfiller in a medical office
Overall, very pleased with the program. Love the east of use, wish the file saving was a little easier.
I like being able to upload patient forms that need completed (i.e. FMLA or short term disability) and completing neatly with PDFfiller, instead of handwriting, etc.
I love the east of emailing or faxing directly from the program as well. The confirmation of receipt or email being read is nice.
Some times the text boxes are difficult to line up or get placed properly but I really feel with more use I will become better with these small tweaks.

It is a little difficult to figure out how to load an existing form with the saved name. I also had to Google how to enlarge the font. Most of the help directions are outdated, but I did finally figure it out after a lot of wasted time. I DO like the program in general and love being able to convert and save in a different format.

i was not happy with the Basic Plan being advertised for $8 per month and then subscribing and it suddenly being $20. I looked at some past notes from Sept. 2020 in my computer and it looks like I joined in Sept. 2020 and discovered the pricing being different than advertised, and I canceled then. Today I needed to sign some project documents and rejoined rather than playing around with a free trial of DocuSign that didn't offer what I wanted for variety in signatures etc. Giving PDF Filler a try. Will call CS to hear what their explanation is regarding what you advertise for $8 per month, only to see it is really $20. Evelyn Basile, Chicago

As a new remote teacher, it has saved me so much time!! I use it to convert worksheets, making them able to be filled by my students in google classroom.

I would love to attend a webinar eventually, but time right now does not allow it. I have been extremely pleased with pdfFiller and recommend it to everyone I know who has to fill out a lot of forms.
Maybe slower than hand writing , but legible which is extremely important. My biggest issue is somehow I have two accounts with other documents saved and do not know how to merge them. That was my problem not realizing i had an account already. Thank yall so much!!!

organization
I wish the updates had an option to keep the title and not make duplicates. I like to keep "my documents" organized and not all the downloads unless I want to save it as multiple copies. I love that it combines pdfs w other docs. I love the highlight and annotate features.

What is the difference between usable and rentable square feet?
Rentable square feet is defined as the usable square feet plus a portion of the building's common space. Common spaces are areas usable by all tenants in the building and include, but are not limited to, hallways, lobbies, public restrooms and fitness facilities.
How do you calculate usable rentable square footage?
To calculate rentable square footage for a smaller (less than full-floor) tenant, first multiply the usable square footage by the floor common factor, then multiply that result by the building common factor.
How do you calculate rentable square footage?
To calculate load factor, start by finding the total usable and rentable square footage of the building in questions. Remember that the usable square footage is the area that can be rented to tenants and the rentable square footage is that area plus common areas. Then, divide RSF by USF to get the load factor.
What is included in rentable square feet?
Usable vs. Rentable Square Footage Rentable square feet includes the usable space plus common areas of the building (e.g. hallways, lobbies and common restrooms). The price per rentable square foot includes a pro rata calculation based on the size of your lease space.

What is RSF square feet?
Rentable Square Footage (RSF) The shared space constitutes the common areas of the building, including restrooms, shared hallways, elevators, stairwells, and storage rooms, cafeteria, lobby, fitness center etc.
What does RSF mean?
Although this may seem pretty cut and dry there are actually two types of square feet that are reference in common commercial real estate transactions: RSF (Rentable Square Feet) and USF (Usable Square Feet).
How do you calculate usable square feet?
First, find out how much total floor area a building has. Then, subtract the shared square footage to determine the usable square footage. The owner or owner's agent should be able to give you these numbers. Then divide the total floor space by the USF to get the load factor.
What is BOMB square footage?
The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMB) simplified industry standards for measuring rentable space in commercial buildings in 2010. ... It is the same for all floor levels of a building. Legacy Method A: The 1996 standard uses separate unit prices for the USF and common square footage.
