What do you like best?
I enjoy very much that I can scan in documents and then fill in and add things to them easily.
What do you dislike?
Very little. But sometimes I find I accidentally click on the up/down bar instead of the buttons. Also, some of the buttons are not intuitive, but trial and error works well, and mistakes are easily deleted.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I used to need a type writer (or hand write) sometimes still to comply with using the forms given to me by the government. Now, I can upload them and use the computer. Much better.

That I'm able to upload documents and edit/fill-in all in one app and for a low price yearly.

No dislikes here!!! Every thing I do on the app is done with ease and not a complicated process.

Amount of paper used and less time standing at the copier having to scan documents back into system. Saves lots of time!!!

It is my alternative for quick editing of pdf documents I edit PDF documents quickly It's software is quite intuitive. It is easy to handle. To fill out forms is great. Also to add the signatures to the documents Once I wrote to technical support and I'm still waiting for an answer. It's the only negative I can say. In the end I solved the problem I had in another way

I have found that Adobe is not only impossible to use for editing it is a nightmare!!! Your format for typing on sheet music is ideal. I couldn't be more pleased!!!!!!

I signed up for their services during a free trial, but ended up not needing them. When I realized I had been charged for their services, I immediately emailed them and they processed the refund right then. I offered to pay for the few days that I actually had since it was really my fault, but they refunded the full amount.

I find that it was ok except the fact… I find that it was ok except the fact of having to put my credit card in for doing something the same day.. for a 30 day trial. ABSOLUTELY SAD :(

When done properly, a deed is recorded anywhere from two weeks to three months after closing. However, there are many instances where deeds are not properly recorded. Title agents commit errors, lose deeds, and even go out of business. Even county offices sometimes fail to record deeds that were properly submitted.
In the United States, the (recorder) of deeds is often an elected county office and is called the county recorder. In some U.S. states, the functions of a recorder of deeds are a responsibility of the county clerk (or the county's clerk of court), and the official may be called a clerk-recorder or recorder-clerk.
The buyer must record the deed at the recorder's office in the county where the property is located. This is to provide constructive notice to anyone who claims title to the property in the future and to anyone who records subsequent real estate documents, such as mortgage liens or lease agreements.
Whoever has their name on the deed is the rightful owner of the home, so it's one of the most important documents in buying or selling a home. The seller typically prepares the real estate deed, usually with the help of a title company or an attorney to ensure the property transfers successfully.
An owner legally transfers his property to another person on an instrument known as a deed. At the time of transfer, the owner usually records the deed by filing it in the land records of the property's county, but it is not required for it to legally transfer title to the new owner.
The recording fee for a deed might be $12 in one county and then $15 in another. Some agencies charge by the size of the document. For instance, a land record instrument might have a $60 fee for the first page, then $5 per page after that.
