I had some issues with my account and billing so I used their live chat and it took no more than 3 minutes for them to settle my issue and refund my money. What is a voucher code?

What does redeem a voucher mean?

What does it mean to redeem a Groupon voucher?
When you access your Groupon vouchers, there is a button that says Mark as Redeemed, pressing this button Does Not redeem your voucher, but it does tell Groupon that your voucher has been redeemed. If you've done this, you'll need to contact Groupon Support to find your voucher number.
