I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. Had an unknown charge from pdf filler on my credit card, contacted them and they were very helpfully clearing up the charge it had been my wife who had subscribed to them but she has since passed away they cancelled subscription and gave full refund

Fairly easy to use
Fairly easy to use. Would like to combine 2 or more docs into one file so I can fax as a group. I'm sure that's an option; but haven't found it yet...still new at this.

Place the document you want to send in the document feeder. Enter the fax number you want to send to, including and extensions to dial externally, and any international dialing codes. Press Send or Go (depending on your fax machine model)

Open a new email message, type the fax number, followed by @efaxsend.com, into the To: field. Attach your fax document and type a message in the body of the email to use as your cover sheet. Hit Send. Your fax and cover letter will be delivered to your recipient's fax machine.
