I am just getting started. I am happy with the forms - only done one but in a panic- and you all came through. However, I signed up for the monthly plan and I got a bill saying the amount was $180 - the annual amount.How can I verify that I signed up and will be billed monthly at $15.00? I didn't want to pay for this feature but it is really a great program. I only wish I would be able to be copied and review status of Signed documents as it progresses without paying additional. Or adding the file for Esign to my personal email sent file.

Customer support was very quick to reply to my issue. I had been charged for my pdf and wanted to cancel as would not use the service enough to justify $96.00. In reply I was told it would be cancelled and the automatic renewal deleted. My only regret is that my money would not be refunded.***** to the charge I had tried (unsuccessfully) to find out how to cancel it. Im either stupid or the instructions werent on line.to easily find.

I've had a good overall experience with pdfFiller.I would advise other professionals in our sector who deal with several forms to engage with clients.
This software's ability to instantly update forms from my PC is what I appreciate about it the most.Editing forms and adding digital signatures are some of the best features.I can also choose to fax documents if I need to.When it comes time to develop and submit crucial documents, these capabilities give my small firm a professional appearance.
Maybe it's challenging to align or position the text boxes correctly, but I believe that with more practice and use, I'll get better at making these minor adjustments.
