Great product. Have been using it for years. Not easy or intuitive to renew subscription. Ended up getting a 50% renewal but was initially offered a 75% renewal. Mainly use this for personal and light business use.

Too many going back and forth tasks to complete a form. You need to make this more friendly for the user not experienced. Make it like MS Word with what is available from the subscription, as for example: when I needed to use the eraser, it brought me to a screen to purchase to get, even though I have a monthly subscription. Not fair.

Taking a while to learn how to do this, but it is great. Questions: (1) Tell me how to transmit this electronically to you. (2) May I use the same form to register different Scripture we publish? Most elements in this first registration will apply to all that we register. (3) How do we handle the fee for registrations, and what do you need in addition to this and a fee? I love having the ability to sign and fill in PDFs that are usually hard to make changes to. I like my files to be clean and typed up, instead of me printing off, then writing on and then scanning back in. PDFiller makes the whole process so much easier.

I love the product and help via chat has been great...
I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.

Wonderful Experience with this software so far. very affordable also. Editing features are user firendly and easy to use. Also does the same basic things as Docusign if you want to esign a document by several different recipients.
