Very user friendly site. I did lose my first document, since I didn't select the 'DONE' box first. Maybe just a little pop up message on how important that step is would be helpful.

This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. It's probably just me but it's hard to figure out what does what.Also trying to figure out what I can move on a PDF and what I have to erase and fill-in again. Otherwise I think it's one of the best. I should also say seems be working with my Dragon NaturallySpeaking

It works. Easy to use platform. I've subscribed for several years and they continue to make improvements. I tried docusign and this was just as good.
What do you dislike?
I don't like that it won't link up with business accounts on OneDrive so I can't store my files on OneDrive. Really would be nice to have them fix that! Also for some weird reason, the system only can connect with personal accounts. Sometimes, it's not easy to find my documents. Finally, the plug-in for Chrome doesn't always work well. Usually, it's just better to go into the app itself.

Easy to use
Best thing about PDF Filler is ease of use. Very user friendly and have good support staff.
Could offer more options for customizing but that is being picky.

This program has great functionality
This program has great functionality for myself and my team and they have excellent customer service. I switched to PDF filler nearly two years ago and have never looked back.

Everything is okay so far.
Everything is okay so far, thank god for the merging feature. Only thing that bothered me is the zoom selection sometimes doesn't appear. Might give feedback if i encounter anything else
