PDF Filler is great. However, I wish it had some photo cleanup like features. For instance the ability to white out, or clean up shadows, or dark areas, while leaving all printed in black areas in tact.

Definitely works. Not sure if there is a way to make figures line up just a little better or have calculated fields, but definitely better than just using adobe acrobat

Use the Go-To command (Ctrl + g) and under “Go to What” select “Object”. Alternately, select all (Ctrl + a), then click Shift + F9, which will show the highlighted field codes for the embedded objects.
Select the chart area and press Ctrl+C. Select the location where you want to paste a picture of the chart, press Ctrl+Alt+V, and pick a Picture format. Select the original embedded chart and press Delete.
