Overall a great product. My only qualm with the software is the picture quality of the pages displayed when a user is selecting pages to "save as." The images are not clear enough for anyone to distinguish pages. A zoom function would be much appreciated.

I had trouble with saving files but I figured it out. The program comes with alot of different features and a webinar to see how it all works would be great.

Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. For the times i needed pdfFiller, it served me well, but it is not that easy yet for me to use as I am not aware of all te the tools it provides me.
