I have extremely low expectations for customer service but I was surprised about how fast and helpful pdf filler was. My issue was resolved within minutes!

Good. I used to use Docusign but they ruined everything by not allowing direct access to an existing account within email. It would be good if you could do that btw - when you preview a document in gmail you should be in the dropdown list of options for opening the doc and editing it.

How do I edit a shared Word document?
Save your Word document to OneDrive or a SharePoint Online.
Click the Share button in Word and then enter one or more email addresses of people you want to share with.
Set their permissions to “Can edit” (selected by default).
Add a message if you like, and for “Automatically share changes” choose “Always”.
Can multiple users edit a Word document at the same time?
Word does not allow multiple people to use the same Word document at the same time, since the edits by each individual could create havoc with the final document. Instead, Word provides several tools that you can use in a multi-user environment to make collaborating of a document just a bit easier.

Co-edit a document After you share your document, you can work on that file at the same time with others. For the best experience, work together in Word for the web and see real-time changes. Under Share, you will see the names of who else is also editing the file.
How do you collaborate a Word document?
Select Share. On the ribbon. Or, select File > Share. Note: If your file is not already saved to OneDrive, you'll be prompted to upload your file to OneDrive to share it.
Select who you want to share with from the drop-down, or enter a name or email address.
Add a message (optional) and select Send.
Can you make a Word document a shared document?
Share an already saved document Open the document you want to share. Click File > Share > Share with People (or, in Word 2013, Invite People). Enter the names or email addresses of the people you're sharing with. If you want to, click Can Edit or Can View.
