I needed to edit a pdf file that was very long with only few corrections so this program was great.
It was so easy to use...I especailly like the erase too and then the size too to make the correction look good.
nothing.. I liked the entire program. I thought the cost was a little high as I only needed the program for a few weeks and wont be needing it again. So a lower fee for a weekly or monthly use would be good and you may get more users that way too

What does it mean when a permit is Finale?
Permit Finale: The work associated with the issued permit and all the required inspections were completed. Permit Revoked: An LABS manager has officially revoked the issued permit. The issued permit is no longer active. Permit Withdrawn: For some reason, the issued permit was withdrawn by the applicant.
What is a closed building permit?
Properly Closing Building Permits This gives you the legal permission from your city/county to begin construction work or demolition. These permits must be obtained before your project can begin and many people are vigilant about applying for their permits.
What does permit closed mean?
PC on Hold: For some reason, the plan check process associated with the permit application has been put on hold. The permit has not been issued. Permit Closed: The permit was issued and the work may or may not have been completed.
What does an open building permit mean?
An open or expired permit is a permit which has been issued by a County or Municipal building department but has not been formally finalized in accordance with established guidelines, typically by means of a final inspection, within the time provided.
How long can a building permit stay open?
Once the permit is issued, different jurisdictions will have different time requirements, but it is a common rule-of-thumb that a building permit will expire if the work it covers does not begin within 6 months or is not completed within one year of the date it is issued.
What happens if you don't close a building permit?
Failure to properly close a permit can be deemed a building code violation by the local government, and can result in the imposition of a fine, although this does not occur very often. The local government can also withhold new permits if the owner has open permits on the same property.

You only need to prove that you are the owner of the home, and you'll have access that all that information.
What happens if you let a building permit expire?
Answer: If your permit expires without all the inspections being completed or expires during the plan review process the permit will need to be reactivated. Permits that are expired for less than six months will be reactivated at fifty percent of the Building permit fee or Plan review fee.
