What do you like best?
I like the ease in completing the forms, the ease in re-locating the form is need be, able to store signatures from officers of the company
What do you dislike?
Not really a "Dislike" just challenging to adjust the fonts to fit in some of the small areas allotted for phone numbers and with the ( ) sometimes challenging to get the numbers to fit properly
Recommendations to others considering the product:
this is a time saver if you have several business forms to be completed. It's easy to use and great for referencing if you need to re-visit the form to tweek.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Great tool in a pinch!
The google chrome extension worked really well since you can't just click on something in drive and easily open it - and I've had issues with Adobe for some time. This software did what I needed it to do multiple times.
This is typically slow to open, and saving & retrieving files is a bit clunky.

The ease of finding, and using different types of preformatted pdf documents vastly cuts down on the amount of time I have to spend on filling these forms out by hand.

How do you change a link into a word?
Select the text (or graphic) in your Word document that you want to be a link. From the toolbar, select Insert > Hyperlink. This will open the “Insert Hyperlink” Window. In the window, select the type of hyperlink you want to create and paste or type in the web page address or email address.
How do I change the hyperlink name in Gmail?
To make the best use of it, select the text you want to turn into a link, hit Ctrl+K, and then paste the URL you want to link to. Now you have a handy hyperlink in your email without scaring off your recipient with a garbled URL.
How do I create a link to a file?
Highlight the text (or image) that you would like to turn into a link. Click the Create Hyperlink icon (Figure) in the toolbar. Select Link to a file. Click Next. Select Existing local file, and click Next.
